Gasthaus Schönberghof in Ebringen

Waited over an hour for food, food mediocre. Bad price / performance ratio. Never again! It's a shame, it's so beautiful and was really good under the previous owners.

We haven't had such bad service in a long time. Incompetent waiter who brought us the wrong food, the food was bland, and in the end we had to wait half an hour for the bill and then for a tip. Very bold and a cheek!

Very long waiting time until an order was even taken. In total, it took me 1 hour and 25 minutes to eat. The food was well portioned and tasted. Unfortunately, the corona rules don't seem to be taken very seriously here, the staff often only covers their mouths with MNB. Everything is much better. Our day was still nice.

Coffee and cake were delicious. Definitely a nice stopover on the way to the upper Schönberg or Schönburg.

Great location on the Schönberg with a wonderful beer garden. The food is delicious and the service is always friendly, even when it is very busy. In addition, they are all very child-friendly and there is a small playground outside. Simply great all around 👍

We like to stop at the Schönberghof. The home-style food is very good and reasonably priced. The potato salad is absolutely delicious. But the Schönberghof also scores with a perfect hygiene concept. Highly recommended! But please without a car!

Very nice popular excursion restaurant. On weekends and public holidays, however, it can get very crowded with corresponding waiting times. Staff very friendly. Prices and quality of the food ok. It's a shame that beer is only available from bottles. Sitting outside in the beer garden on a hot summer's day has something to offer. Always worth a visit.

Excursion restaurant with a solid menu, even in Corona times with enough space outside. Perfect as part of a hike around or over the Schöneberg.

In and of itself everything is good as always .... However, I expect from all waiters that they wear a face mask, which unfortunately was not the case today, so at least one would not have seen his non-enthusiasm. One got the impression that he didn't enjoy serving the guests! Food and view great.

Very nice restaurant with a large beer garden. Price-performance is right. Portions are neat. And once a thank you to the waitresses, what the kilometers from the bar to the beer garden PERFORM all day with full trays. Schönberghof always happy to return.

The location is sensational. At the service we had the impression that we had to apologize for our appearance. You didn't feel like a guest here. The food has always been better, it could have come from any inn kitchen and was carelessly prepared. The Schönberger Hof had better days when the guest could still feel welcome.

Wonderful sitting under shady chestnut trees, enjoying delicious Baden dishes and the best plum cake fresh - sensational !!! And everything under the prescribed corona rules and especially the ladies from the staff super nice, we'll be back :-)

Eat good. Environment good. Service ok .. We ate sausage salad and mixed salad. Both were delicious. The surroundings and the view of the Schneeberg ruins are great. But since the wind was cold and our seat was shady, we asked the waitress if we could change the table because we were freezing a little. Many tables were still free. The waitress declined on the grounds that they would have to disinfect an additional table. Unfortunately we had to put up with it so freezing and soon left.

Always nice there. The food has been delicious for many years. Nice staff and a great view. Highly recommended.

Place to visit

Even on weekends cook only until 2 pm even when the restaurant is full. They only have beer in a bottle. Operation is slow. The view is poor compared to other restaurants.

Wonderful panorama, very good Baden food, great for young families for hiking, castle ruins 5 minutes walk from the inn. Further recommended 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👍
